Tom grew up in Florida and received BS, MA, and was a PhD Candidate from the University of Florida. His first career was in College Textbook Publishing where he rose to the position of National Director of Sales and Marketing for a publishing compny and worked in NYC. After a few years, even though he love the job, he grew tired of the urban lifestyle and longed for his native southland. He elected to come back south in 1974 and chose to settle in Rutherford County. He became a Realtor in 1985. Tom has three adult children and five grandchildren. In addition to being a Realtor, Tom is also a licensed Autioneer and a Real Estate educator, preparing those who want a real estate career to pass their requirements to obtain a license. He also teaches experienced Realtors continuing education courses to allow them to increase their skills and meet the requirements to renew their licenses.
